| Extra copies of Test Report Form Note: we supply you with one TRF free of charge. In addition, we are able to send copies of your TRF to a maximum of five institutions/organisations free of charge. If you require more that 5 TRFs to be sent, or if your request is made more than 30 days after the date of issue of your TRF, a charge of 1050 yen will be made for each copy. | Cancellations If you wish to cancel your test and be returned the fee, you may do so up to 17F00 on the Friday 5 weeks before the date of the written test.
