How to register

Before you register you need to decide if you need to take the Academic version or General Training and choose your test date and venue. This can not be changed after 17:00 of the closing date ( 5 weeks before the test date). You can find the terms and condition of IELTS examination here (PDF 291KB).

Candidates are asked to submit identity documents after test fee payments, regardless of whether the application was made online or through regular mail. Necessary identity documents consist of two identical colour photographs (without glasses and without bangs covering the eyes) and a photocopy of the photograph page of the passport used when registering (must be valid at the time of registration and on the day of the test) Without these documents, the application is not complete and candidates will not be permitted to sit the test. Refunds and/or alternative test dates will not be given under such circumstances.

*There is a limited number of seats available at each testing site. Seats are assigned on a first-come, firm-served basis and only test sites with available seating can be selected. Registration for test sites which have reached full capacity before the deadline may not be open.

*Test centres make every effort to cater for the special needs of any disabled candidates, to enable them to best understand questions and tasks and to give their answers. It is our aim for the language level of all candidates, irrespective of disability, to be assessed fairly and objectively. Candidates with special needs should inform us at least 2 months@before the test date so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
