- Payment is settled immediately when paid by credit card.
- Cash payment at Convenience Stores is expected to be carried out within 4 days, including the day you made the online registration.
- Refund
- If you fail to attend any part of the test, you will not be eligible for a refund* except in the following circumstances. An administration fee of 6,300JPY (including tax) will be made for this service.(*)
- Serious illness on the test day. Minor illnesses and colds are not considered grounds for refund. Medical evidence is required. (**)
- Interruption of public transportation on the test day. Certification from the public transport company is required. (**)
- Loss or bereavement - attending the funeral of a family member. Relevant documentation is required. (**)
(**) The evidence must be original and issued within a day before or after the registered test date.- Cancelation
- If you wish to cancel your test, you may do so up to 5 weeks before the date of the written test. An administration fee of 6,300JPY (including tax) will be made for this service. A Cancelation Request Form is available from STEP.
