IELTSの申込変更・キャンセル手数料の運用改定のお知らせ （2026年9月1日以降の受験申込分より適用）

平素より弊協会が実施するIELTSをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

英検IELTS公式テストセンターでは、IELTSグローバル規定の変更に伴い、2026年9月1日以降に完了した受験申込分より、下記の通り申込後の変更・キャンセル手数料の運用を改定させていただくこととなりました。
なお、受験料につきましても、9月1日以降の申込分より改定いたします。
7月31日のお知らせ「IELTS受験料改定のお知らせ」にて詳細を発表しておりますので、併せてご確認ください。

■変更／キャンセル手数料の運用改定内容　※赤枠の運用が変更になります。

※8月31日までに完了した受験申込に対する申込変更・キャンセルは、9月1日以降に行う申込変更・キャンセルであっても、改定前の運用が適用されます。
※試験の日程・会場・モジュールの変更については、対応可否ならびに手続方法が、お申し込みいただいたテスト・タイミングによって異なります。
必ずIELTSウェブサイトの「よくあるご質問」内にある「お申し込み後」「Q.申込内容を変更したい場合はどうすればよいですか？」をご確認ください。

〈Notice: Revision of IELTS Fee Policy for Changes and Cancellations (For registrations from September 1, 2026 onwards)〉

Thank you very much for your continued support of the IELTS tests administered by our association.
Due to a revision in the IELTS global regulations, the Eiken IELTS Official Test Centre will be revising its policy on post-registration transfer and cancellation fees as outlined below.

This new policy will apply to all registrations completed on or after September 1, 2026.
Please note that we also plan to revise the test registration fees starting with applications from September 1, 2026, onwards.
For more details, please refer to our announcement published on July 31, 2026, titled " Notice：Revision of IELTS Test Fees " .

〈Notes〉

・Transition Period: For any registrations completed on or before August 31, the policy before revision will apply--even if you perform the actual change or cancellation on or after September 1.
・Please note that the availability of and procedures for changing your test date, venue, or module vary depending on the test type you registered for and the timing of your request.
