IELTSの申込変更・キャンセル手数料の運用改定のお知らせ （2026年9月1日以降の受験申込分より適用）

英検IELTS公式テストセンターでは、IELTSグローバル規定の変更に伴い、2026年9月1日以降に完了した受験申込分より、下記の通り申込後の変更・キャンセル手数料の運用を改定させていただくこととなりました。
なお、受験料につきましても、9月1日以降の申込分より改定いたします。
7月31日のお知らせ「IELTS受験料改定のお知らせ」にて詳細を発表しておりますので、併せてご確認ください。

■変更／キャンセル手数料の運用改定内容
※スマートフォン、タブレットからのアクセスで、下記図表がうまく表示されない方は「手数料テーブル（日本語）」にアクセスの上、ご確認ください。
※赤枠の運用が変更になります。

※8月31日までに完了した受験申込に対する申込変更・キャンセルは、9月1日以降に行う申込変更・キャンセルであっても、改定前の運用が適用されます。
※試験日程・会場の変更につきましては、受験者ポータルサイト「Test Taker Portal」にてご自身で変更が可能になる予定です。詳細は9月1日以降IELTSウェブサイト上でご確認ください。

〈Notice: Revision of IELTS Fee Policy for Changes and Cancellations (For registrations from September 1, 2026 onwards)〉

Thank you very much for your continued support of the IELTS tests administered by our association.
Due to a revision in the IELTS global regulations, the Eiken IELTS Official Test Centre will be revising its policy on post-registration transfer and cancellation fees as outlined below.

This new policy will apply to all registrations completed on or after September 1, 2026.
Please note that we also plan to revise the test registration fees starting with applications from September 1, 2026, onwards.
For more details, please refer to our announcement published on July 31, 2026, titled " Notice：Revision of IELTS Test Fees " .


■Summary of Policy Revisions for Test Date Changes and Cancellations

※The items enclosed in the red boxes indicate the changes.

〈Notes〉

・Transition Period: For any registrations completed on or before August 31, the policy before revision will apply--even if you perform the actual change or cancellation on or after September 1.
・Self-Service System: Candidates will soon be able to change their test dates and venues directly via the "Test Taker Portal."
Further details will be announced on our official IELTS website on or after September 1.
