[Important] Apology and Notice Regarding System Issue Affecting IELTS Paper-based Test Services

Thank you for taking IELTS with us.
Since late Monday night, May 18th, a system issue has been affecting the registration system for the IELTS Paper-based Test.
As a result, services such as test applications, seat availability checks, results viewing, and requests for additional Test Report Forms are currently unavailable.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and trouble this has caused to all users.
Every effort is being made to restore the system as quickly as possible, and a further notice will be posted on this website once the issue is resolved.
