【復旧】IELTSペーパー版 システム障害復旧のお知らせとお詫び

平素はIELTSをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

5月18日（月）深夜より発生しておりました、IELTSペーパー版お申込みシステムにおける障害につきまして、5月21日（木）23時に復旧いたしましたことをご報告いたします。現在は正常にご利用いただける状態となっております。

障害発生中は、受験確認書のダウンロード、受験のお申し込み、残席状況の確認、成績閲覧、追加成績証明書の発行依頼等のサービスをご利用いただけず、皆様には多大なご迷惑とご不便をおかけいたしましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

なお、5月23日（土）に受験を予定されている皆様には、5月20日（水）に、受験に必要な試験会場情報、および受験スケジュール等に関するご案内メールを、お申し込み時のご登録アドレス宛にお送りしております。また、お申込みシステム（マイページ）より受験確認書をダウンロードいただく事ができますので、ご確認のうえご来場いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

今後、同様の事象が発生しないよう、再発防止の徹底に努めてまいります。引き続きIELTSをよろしくお願い申し上げます。

[Resolved] Notice of System Restoration and Apology: IELTS Paper-based Test

Thank you for taking IELTS with us.

We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue affecting the IELTS Paper-based registration system since late Monday night, May 18th, was fully resolved as of 11:00 PM on Thursday, May 21st. All systems are now operating normally.

During this system outage, several services were unavailable, including the downloading of Confirmation Notices, test registration, checking seat availability, viewing test results, and requesting additional Test Report Forms (TRFs). We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disruption this has caused to all our users.

For candidates scheduled to take the test on Saturday, May 23rd, please note that an email containing necessary test venue information and the test schedule was sent on Wednesday, May 20th, to your registered email address. Additionally, your Confirmation Notice can now be downloaded from the registration system (My Page). Please be sure to review these details before arriving at the venue.

We are committed to strengthening our system management and taking all necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of similar issues in the future.
