【IELTS(ペーパー版・コンピューター版共通)】追加成績証明書基本送料・追加送料改定に関するお知らせ

平素より弊協会運営のIELTSをご利用いただき有難うございます。

2025年9月1日以降にお申し込み、ご依頼される追加成績証明書の送料（ペーパー版・コンピューター版共通）を下記のとおり変更させていただきます。

■基本送料（税込）
＜IELTS電子送信システムを利用の場合＞
・現状...約1ケ月以内は5通まで無料、6通以上、または試験結果開示日から約1ヶ月以上経過は1通につき1,100円
・変更後...無料

＜紙の成績証明書を発送する場合＞
・現状...約1ケ月以内は5通まで無料、6通以上、または試験結果開示日から約1ヶ月以上経過は1通につき1,100円
・変更後...約1ケ月以内は5通まで無料、6通以上、または試験結果開示日から約1ヶ月以上経過は1通につき1,200円

■追加送料（税込）
＜IELTS電子送信システムを利用の場合＞
・現状...無料
・変更後...無料

＜紙の成績証明書を発送する場合＞
・現状...普通郵便（海外はエアメール）利用は無料、追跡番号付き郵便をご選択の場合は1通につき1,600円
・変更後...普通郵便（海外はエアメール）利用は無料、追跡番号付き郵便をご選択の場合は国内700円、海外4,000円

<Notification of changes of the fees for issuing Additional Test Report Form>

Dear IELTS test takers,

Thank you for taking IELTS test.
We announce that the change of postage fees for Additional Test Report Form (for both IELTS on Paper and IELTS on Computer) after 1st of September 2025 as follows.

■Basic Postage fee (incl. Tax)
＜sending electronically, using the system of IELTS called STED RO＞
・Currently...Up to 5 documents are free within about one month, 1,100 JPY per document for 6 or more documents, or more than one month after the date of test results
・After the change...Free

＜sending paper transcript＞
・Currently...Up to 5 documents are free within about one month, 1,100 JPY per document for 6 or more documents, or more than one month after the date of test results
・After the change...Up to 5 documents are free within about one month, 1,200 JPY per document for 6 or more documents, or more than one month after the date of test results

■Additional Postage fee (incl. Tax)
＜sending electronically, using the system of IELTS called STED RO＞
・Currently...Free of charge
・After the change...Free of charge

＜sending paper transcript＞
・Currently...Free for regular mail (overseas for airmail), 1,600 JPY per document if you choose postal mail with tracking number
・After the change...Free for regular mail (overseas for airmail), 700 JPY for shipping within Japan, 4,000 JPY for shipping outside Japan if you choose postal mail with tracking number
