Refund

Generally, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, under special circumstances stated in IELTS Terms and Conditions you may be eligible for a refund. The amont of the refund will be your test fee minus 6,300 yen administration fee.

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted to the registration deadline. Click on the "登録内容確認・変更・キャンセル (Confirm/Change/Cancel Registration Status)" page of "My Page" to cancel your registration. The amont of the refund will be your test fee minus 6,300 yen administration fee.
